Partner with Us

We want to see spiritual, social, and cultural renewal come to Worcester through the power of the Gospel of Jesus. Do you feel the same?

Gospel message + Eucharist + Blessing will be posted on the Emmaus City Church Facebook Page Saturday, January 30.

In accordance with state guidelines and recommendations, we are hoping to spend some of our Saturday evenings this winter worshiping together at 4 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall of Living Word Church at 30 Tyler Prentice Road (once the numbers start to go down in Worcester again). Contact us for details and directions. We will also post the Gospel message + Eucharist + Blessing video every Saturday via Emmaus City Church's Facebook Page. The liturgy with links to songs will be posted Saturday mornings on our Facebook page beforehand. We would love for you to join with us! Again, you can contact us at

3 Ways to Partner with Emmaus City

1) Join us: When God moves in a city, He brings together people who are in the city, of the city, and for the city. We readily need more humble and hopeful people who are consistently committed to serve joyfully whether they are setting up, sharing a meal, throwing a neighborhood block party, watching kids, playing a song, working on a house, praying for a group, etc.

2) Pray for the city: God will accomplish His vision and mission for Worcester, so we want to be listening to His leading as well as have others praying for Him to do much in us and through us. Check out the prayers included on "How to pray for and with Emmaus City" and pray for us daily.

3) Give to the work: We need people to commit to being monthly financial partners right now and in the future. In order for a local church to be focused on making new learners and followers of Jesus, and to begin to grow and thrive in the city with a holistic vision for spiritual, social, and cultural renewal in the city, it often takes at least 7-10 years, and we're just getting started. As of December 1, 40% of our internal budget is met through internal giving and 60% is met through external giving. Please give online at our secure donor site.

As a church that prayerfully pursues planting churches around the world so that Jesus' good news of God's grace will be heard, seen, and believed by many more, Emmaus City rejoices in those who partner with us prayerfully and financially, along with those that we have the privilege to partner with from what God has given us.

While we are a church plant with need for outside help, we still commit to setting aside a specific percentage (20%) our yearly budget to give away.
